This map also shows the location of the J.E. Henry lumber operation in the Zealand area.  J.E. was a lumber baron with little regard for the areas he logged and the massive amount of slash he left behind resulted in massive fires that eventually prompted logging restrictions.  In contrast, the Saunders used selective cutting techniques that were relatively gentle to the environment.
