The thought behind adding this section is so the Directors can have a
central place to organize ideas and projects not ready for prime time. It
could include minutes of meetings and other information that is deemed not
ready for public release as well as the bylaws, policies, procedures and
appropriate forms. This venue offers the advantage that it is easily accessible to those who need
it.
I have started with a few of the most recent directors meetings.
I don't seem to have March to May 2010. Nor Nov 2010 to Jan 2011.
