Who is Buttermilk and Nealley and what do these numbers signify?  This item is part of some railroad photos we received.

This photo is dated 26 August 1926 and is at the Willey House Campgrounds.  The backside of the photo identifies Mildred, Raymond and Mother Evans seated on the right hand side.  What do you suppose the big event on this day was???
